On the afternoon of August 7th, Caleb tested for his red belt in taekwondo. This was the first testing he'd had in over a year (because of our time in the States last year) so he was a bit nervous. But he did a great job!!

They first had to "perform" on the warm-up mat for a judge. This wasn't an official judging, but in order to progress on to the final judging, they had to pass here first.

We are proud of our boy and all the hard work he has put in. Working out in this heat 4 times a week isn't for the faint-hearted!! You're the man, Caleb!!
