On May 22nd, our countdown was complete and we said our good-byes to Bacolod City. These months will fly by and we'll be back before you know it!

We had some very dear friends pick us up at our house and drive us to the airport to see us off.

Caleb and Carly with 3 of their favorite people - Ate Cel, Tita Joy and Tita Des. We will miss you all very much. Thank you so much for your help today.

After saying our good-byes in Bacolod, we all 4 flew to Manila to spend a few days together as a family before the kids and I head to the States. While in Manila, we were blessed to meet up with some friends that used to live down in Bicol with us, the McKibbon family. We met Peter, Sarah, Anna & Nat for lunch, some shopping and a trip to Krispy Kreme!!
Anna and Carly have been friends since they were 5 years old. They don't get to see each other very often and are always excited to meet up again.
Caleb and Nat have been "partners in crime" since they were just toddlers!! (Remember the linen closet at the OMF guest house??!!) As happy as they were to see each other, I think they were even more excited about the Krispy Kreme donuts! LOL

I stayed in the room across the hall from that linen closet. Every time I walked out my door, the memory of Caleb and Nat sitting in a pile of linens three feet deep made me chuckle!
