One of the reasons that the kids and I came early is so we could get in a little "grandparent" time before the madness of furlough travel begins! We were able to make a quick trip up to Northwest Arkansas to visit with Mamaw and Papaw.

This is a dog that belongs to Mamaw and Papaw's neighbor. How is it that my daughter finds an animal to play with wherever she goes?!
We were also blessed to be able to spend a little bit of time and my parents' cabin. Here, Dad is teaching Caleb not only to drive the tractor but also to shoot a slingshot! At the same time, no less!!
