Goodbyes

Here is a collection of pictures taken over the last couple of weeks as we've said goodbye to many good friends.

The last couple of nights we were in Legazpi, we stayed in a hotel (seeing as how all our beds were somewhere on the Pacific Ocean.) Our good friends, the Hagens, came up and stayed there with us in order to have just a couple of more days together. The boys decided to all take a bath together one night and Caleb shared his "shaving kit." (Realize, bathtubs are rare here in the Philippines. This was a real treat for the boys!!)

The hotel we stayed in had a small pool, half of which was made into a "cave" of sorts. The kids got in a few last hours of swimming together.

(I don't think the person who designed this pool/cave ever intended for the ledge to serve as a diving board, but then again, that person has never met the Hagen kids!)

Thank you, Lord, for blessing us with all of these wonderful friends here in this place. They have all been such a support and encouragement to us. Please continue to watch over them as we leave this place.
